MemoPryl Return Policy: Steps to Get a Refund
The MemoPryl return policy works in four moves: contact the order desk with your order ID, mail the bottles with tracking to the returns address, wait for them to be credited, then wait for the card refund. The buyer pays return postage. Do all of it inside the listed 60-day window.

How do I return MemoPryl and get my money back?
Call or email the order desk first, then mail the bottles with tracking. Do not just post a parcel to the address. The desk needs your order ID to match the return to your payment.
The desk is reachable at +1 (302) 200-3480 (BuyGoods default order desk) or [email protected]. Say you want to return an order, give the order ID, and ask for any return number they use. Write down the name of the person and the date.
Next, pack the bottles and mail them to the returns address. When the parcel is credited, the refund begins. Each step is below, with the little things that trip people up.
Find your order ID
Open the order email or receipt and copy the order ID. Without it, the desk cannot match your return to your payment.
Contact the order desk
Call +1 (302) 200-3480 or email [email protected] before day 60. Ask for return instructions and note the date, the name and any reference.
Pack the parcel
Include your full name, email and order ID on paper with the bottles. Photograph the box and the label before sealing.
Mail it with tracking
Send it to 100 Broadway, Suite 1102, New York, NY 10005, USA. The buyer pays postage. Keep the receipt and the tracking number.
Wait for the credit
The refund starts after the bottles are credited. Allow 3-5 business days, then 5-10 days for your card to post it.
The 60-day window is listed by the order desk and not yet confirmed. Check the live terms at checkout. The longer story is on the guarantee page.
Where do I send MemoPryl returns?
Send them to the returns address: 100 Broadway, Suite 1102, New York, NY 10005. That is not the office address, and mixing them up can delay your credit.
Two New York addresses are on file. One takes returns and the other is an office for mail. Use the right one, and ask the desk to confirm it when you call, since a desk can change its warehouse without a website update.
| Address | Use it for |
|---|---|
| 100 Broadway, Suite 1102, New York, NY 10005, USA | Returned bottles |
| 200 Vesey Street, Floor 24, New York, NY 10281, USA | Mail to the office. Not a returns address. |
| Website inbox: [email protected] | Page typos, privacy, press. It cannot see orders or start a return. |
What should go in the return parcel?
Put in your full name, your email address and your order ID on a sheet of paper, plus the bottles. Those three details are what the desk says it needs.
A short note helps: the order date, the pack size and the reason for the return. You do not owe an essay. A sentence is enough.
- Full name as used on the order
- The email you ordered with
- Order ID from the confirmation
- All bottles from the order, plus any paperwork that came in the box
- A tracked, signature-optional service, and the receipt kept for yourself
Photograph the packed box and the shipping label before you seal it. If a parcel goes missing, those two pictures and the tracking number are your proof.
We do not know whether opened or partly used bottles are accepted. Ask the desk before you ship, and note the answer with the date.
Who pays for return shipping, and what will it cost?
You do. The buyer pays return shipping, so pick a tracked service and keep the receipt. We cannot give a figure because the cost depends on your distance, the weight and the carrier.
Weigh the box first. A pack of six bottles weighs far more than a pack of two, and postage rises with it. If you are weighing a large pack, think about that cost before you order.
Ask the desk whether the original shipping charge is refunded. That detail is not published. Our shipping guide explains what is known about delivery and tracking, and the pricing page shows the pack sizes.
When will the refund reach my card?
The desk lists 3-5 business days after your returned bottles are credited, then 5-10 days for your card issuer to post it.

Start with the tracking number, then call again with your order ID and the delivery date of the return. Most delays come from a missing order ID or a parcel sent to the wrong address.
Work down this list in order. Each step costs nothing.
Confirm delivery
Check the carrier's tracking page. Note the date and who signed, if anyone did.
Email the order desk
Write to [email protected] with the order ID, the tracking number and the delivery date. An email leaves a record.
Wait the listed time
Allow the 3-5 business days for crediting and the further 5-10 days for the card to post.
Ask your card issuer
If the time passes with no word, call the bank on your card. They can open a dispute and tell you what proof they need.
Keep every email, receipt and photo until the refund appears on your statement.
Should I stop taking MemoPryl before I return it?
If you have a reaction, yes, stop right away and speak to a doctor or pharmacist. A return can wait. Your health cannot.
Two of the six names linked to MemoPryl carry well-known cautions. St. John's wort can weaken many medicines, and ginkgo may raise bleeding risk (NCCIH, St. John's Wort safety) (FDA, Mixing Meds and Supplements). Neither is confirmed for your bottle, so read the label and check with a pharmacist.
Keep taking your prescribed medicine as directed. If a serious reaction happens, FDA asks you to stop the product and report it (FDA, Report a Supplement Problem). Mention the reaction when you contact the desk, because it may speed things up.
Does the return policy cover orders from other sellers?
No. The steps above apply to orders placed through the official order desk. We know of no Amazon, Walmart, eBay or store listing for MemoPryl, and a third-party seller sets its own rules.
If a listing elsewhere claims to sell the product, the return terms may differ, and the bottle may not be the one described on this site. Our where to buy page explains how to tell.
FAQ01
Return questions, answered in one line first
Do I need a return number from MemoPryl before I mail bottles?
Call or email the order desk first and ask. A return number is not confirmed either way, but the desk needs your order ID to match the parcel to your payment, so a parcel sent cold risks delay.
What is the MemoPryl returns address?
The returns address is 100 Broadway, Suite 1102, New York, NY 10005. The office address on Vesey Street is a different place and not for returns. Confirm the address by phone when you ask for instructions.
Can I return MemoPryl by email only?
You can start the request by email at [email protected], but the bottles still have to be mailed. Email gives you a written record, so many buyers send both a call and a follow-up email.
Will I get my shipping charge back on a MemoPryl return?
Unknown. The refund details on file cover the product refund and its timing, not the original shipping charge. Ask the order desk before you order and save the reply.
How do I track a MemoPryl return parcel?
Use a carrier that gives you a tracking number, and keep the receipt. Check the carrier site for the delivery date. Send that date to the desk if the credit looks late.
Can I return one bottle from a multi-bottle pack?
Not confirmed. Some desks refund the whole order and others allow partial returns. Ask which applies, and whether the pack discount would change if you keep a bottle.
What if the bottle arrives damaged or looks different from the images?
Photograph the bottle, the box and the label, then contact the desk the same day. The two label images disagree on capsule count, so compare your bottle with both and report any other mismatch.
