Seller and label audit
Is MemoPryl Real or a Scam? A Seller and Label Audit
Is MemoPryl real or a scam? The capsules and an order desk exist, but a lot is unproven: no Supplement Facts panel, no named manufacturer, no verified reviews and no trial on the product. That is a gap, not proof of fraud. This audit lists what checks out, what does not, and what to confirm before paying.

Audit 01 · Verdict01
Is MemoPryl legit, or is it a scam?
On the evidence we hold, MemoPryl is a real capsule supplement sold by a seller with gaps. It is not a proven fraud, and it is not a proven product either.
The bottle exists in two photos. An order desk answers by phone and email, and a returns address is listed. Those are the basics of a working seller.
The gaps are just as plain. No Supplement Facts panel was supplied. No manufacturer is named. No customer review has been verified, and no trial has tested MemoPryl itself. A gap is not a crime, but it is a reason to slow down.
Treat the scorecard as a to-do list. Each row takes minutes to check.
| Check | What we found | Read this as |
|---|---|---|
| Bottle photos | Two images that disagree on count (30 or 60) and on claims | Confirm which bottle arrives |
| Supplement Facts panel | Not supplied | Ask for it before you pay |
| Order desk | +1 (302) 200-3480 and [email protected] | Reachable; call once before ordering |
| Return window | 60 days listed, buyer pays return shipping | Plausible, not yet confirmed |
| Manufacturer | Not named | Unknown, so ask |
| Customer reviews | None verified | Treat any rating you see elsewhere as unconfirmed |
| Studies on the product | None | Claims are untested |

What actually checks out about the seller?
Five things check out: a working order desk, a website inbox, two New York addresses, a listed return window and honest label wording.
- Tracking and refunds on placed orders: +1 (302) 200-3480 and [email protected].
- Pages and privacy: [email protected], open Mon-Fri 9:00am-5:00pm ET. It cannot see orders.
- An office address and a separate returns address.
- A 60-day money-back window to confirm at checkout.
- Front claims that carry the FDA asterisk, as the law expects (FDA, Structure/Function Claims).

This site is the official stocking desk for MemoPryl. It earns money from order links and is not the manufacturer. The about page explains more.

What does not add up on the bottle?
The two bottle photos do not match each other. One says "Cognitive Support Formula*" with 30 capsules. The other says "Advanced Formula" with 60 capsules and the words "By NutraVibe".
The claims differ too, and neither photo shows a Supplement Facts panel. The words "By NutraVibe" appear on one label only. We treat them as label text, not as proof of who makes the capsules. Lot MP-26/ME-4190 is a seller reference, not a lab report.

Audit 04 · Claims04
Do the memory claims match the research?
Not in any way you can rely on yet. MemoPryl has no published trial, so every claim on its labels is untested for this exact product.
Research on single ingredients is mixed. The largest ginkgo trial found no drop in dementia cases (DeKosky 2008, GEM trial, JAMA). Some bacopa trials point to faster attention scores after about 12 weeks (Kongkeaw 2014, Bacopa meta-analys.). FDA allowed a phosphatidylserine claim only with a warning that the science is very limited (FDA letter, PS health claim).
- Label A“Optimized Memory*”No trial has tested MemoPryl. In the 3,069-person GEM trial, ginkgo did not lower dementia rates versus placebo; NCCIH calls the evidence for most supplements inconclusive. (DeKosky 2008, GEM trial, JAMA) (NCCIH, Supplements and Cognition)
- Label A“Improves Mental Clarity*”'Improves' is a strong verb for a structure/function claim. Bacopa trials of 12 weeks or more reported faster attention in a meta-analysis, at 300 mg or more of extract, an amount no bottle image prints. (Kongkeaw 2014, Bacopa meta-analys.) (LiverTox, Bacopa monnieri)
- Label A“Supports Focus*”St. John's wort is studied for mood, not focus, and glutamine has no memory trial. No bottle image prints an amount of any ingredient. (NCCIH, St. John's Wort in depth) (MSK, Glutamine)
- Label B“Supports Concentration*”Ingredient-level evidence at doses this site cannot see. Health claims generally need randomized human testing of the product itself. (FTC, Health Products Guidance)
- Label B“Supports Brain Energy*”'Brain energy' is not a medical measure. A Cochrane review of acetyl-L-carnitine in dementia found no effect on severity. (NIH ODS, Carnitine) (Pennisi 2020, ALC in dementia)
- Label B“Supports Productivity*”Productivity is not something supplement trials measure. The FTC says personal stories are never enough to back a health claim. (FTC, Health Products Guidance)
- Both labelsThe FDA asteriskStructure/function wording is allowed with the FDA disclaimer. It is not FDA approval and not a disease claim. (FDA, Structure/Function Claims)
- Badges“Doctor formulated”, “GMP certified”, “FDA registered”No doctor, certifier or audit is named. FDA registers facilities; it does not approve them or the supplement. (FDA, Hidden Ingredients) (FDA, Using Dietary Supplements)
- Bottle30 capsules and Cognitive Support, or 60 capsules and Advanced FormulaThe two bottle images in the brand set disagree. Only the bottle you receive settles it.
Claims as printed on the two bottle images. Health claims need competent and reliable scientific evidence, generally human trials of the same product (FTC, Health Products Guidance).

Which scam warning signs should I check myself?
Run four quick checks. FDA warns about claims that sound too good, "all natural" labels, rave reviews and "FDA-approved facility" boasts, because FDA does not approve facilities (FDA, Hidden Ingredients).
MemoPryl makes no cure claim, which is a good sign. Its "FDA registered" badge names no certifier, and registration is not approval.
Hidden drugs are a real problem in the supplement market, mostly in sexual, weight-loss and muscle products (Tucker 2018, JAMA Netw Open). We have no test of MemoPryl either way.

Audit 06 · Reviews06
Can I trust the reviews and complaints I find online?
Be careful with all of them. We hold no verified MemoPryl reviews, so this site shows empty slots instead of stars.
The FTC bans fake and paid-for reviews (FTC 2024, fake reviews rule). It tells shoppers to watch for bursts of reviews and for reviewers who wrote only one (FTC, Evaluate Online Reviews).
Angry posts need the same caution, since a rival can write one too. Look for dates and order details.
Testimonials cannot prove a health effect either. FTC staff say personal stories are never enough to back a health claim (FTC, Health Products Guidance). See the reviews page for how the empty slots work.

What should I do before I pay?
Ask for the Supplement Facts panel, talk to your pharmacist, and read the live checkout terms. Then decide.
St. John's wort, one of six names tied to MemoPryl through a sibling pack, weakens many medicines (NCCIH, St. John's Wort safety). Keep taking your prescribed medicine, and ask your doctor or pharmacist before you start.
- Ask the desk for the panel, directions and manufacturer name.
- Confirm the price, shipping and the 60-day window at checkout.
- Show the bottle to a pharmacist before the first capsule.
FAQ08
Quick answers on the scam question
Is MemoPryl a scam?
Nothing we hold proves a scam, and nothing proves the product works. The seller has a phone desk, a returns address and a listed 60-day window. It lacks a Supplement Facts panel, a named maker and verified reviews.
Is MemoPryl FDA approved?
No. FDA does not approve dietary supplements for safety or effectiveness before sale (FDA, Using Dietary Supplements). A brand badge says the product comes from an FDA registered facility, but registration is not approval, and no certifier or factory is named on any image we have.
Who makes MemoPryl?
We cannot say. One bottle photo carries the words By NutraVibe, yet no factory, address or distributor line is printed. This website is the official stocking desk and is not the manufacturer. Ask the order desk for the maker's name.
Could MemoPryl contain hidden drugs?
Nothing we hold shows that, and nothing rules it out. FDA warns that some supplements hide drug ingredients, mostly in sexual, weight-loss and muscle products (FDA, Hidden Ingredients).
Can I trust the MemoPryl money-back promise?
Treat it as a promise to test. The order desk lists a 60-day window, but the live terms decide. Ask how to start a return before you order. The buyer pays return shipping.
How can I spot a fake supplement review?
Look for many reviews posted in a short burst, reviewers with only one post, and praise with no detail (FTC, Evaluate Online Reviews). Real reviews give dates, order facts and drawbacks.
Is memopryl.one the maker's own website?
No. This site is run by the official stocking desk for MemoPryl, which sells the capsules and earns money from order links. It is not the manufacturer or the distributor.
