MemoPryl Disclaimer: FDA Statement and Medical Notice
The MemoPryl disclaimer has three parts. The FDA statement says the claims have not been evaluated by FDA, and the product is not meant to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. The medical notice says this site is not medical advice. The seller notice says orders earn the site money.

FDA statement01
What is the FDA statement on MemoPryl telling me?
It means FDA has not checked the claims on the bottle. MemoPryl is a dietary supplement, not a drug, and it is not meant to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
The full statement reads: *These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
The asterisk after each front claim, such as "Supports Focus*", points to that statement. Structure and function claims may be used without FDA review, provided they are truthful and carry the statement (FDA, Structure/Function Claims). FDA does not approve dietary supplements before they are sold (FDA, Using Dietary Supplements).
Read this as a boundary line. Inside it, a label may say a product "supports" something. Outside it sit claims about disease, such as dementia or Alzheimer's, which a supplement may not make.
The two bottle photos on file differ. Label A reads "Cognitive Support Formula*" with 30 capsules, and label B reads "Advanced Formula" with 60. The statement applies to the claims on whichever bottle reaches you.

Medical notice02
Is anything on this site medical advice?
No. The pages explain labels, studies and cautions in plain words. They do not diagnose, do not prescribe and do not know your health or your medicines.
Reading a page here cannot replace an exam. A page cannot see your age, your kidneys, your liver or your other conditions, and each of those can change how a supplement acts. Only a clinician who knows you can weigh them.
Memory changes that worry you deserve a doctor's visit, not a supplement trial (NIA, Forgetfulness: When to Ask). A doctor can look for fixable causes, such as medicine effects, thyroid problems, low mood and poor sleep.
MemoPryl is not a treatment for memory loss, dementia or Alzheimer's disease. No trial has tested the product, and research on single ingredients is mixed (NCCIH, Supplements and Cognition) (National Academies 2017 report).
MemoPryl is a dietary supplement, not a treatment. Ask your doctor or pharmacist before you take it if you use any prescription medicine. St. John's wort can weaken many medicines, including antidepressants, birth control pills and blood thinners, and ginkgo can raise bleeding risk. Keep taking prescribed medicine exactly as directed. See side effects and interactions.
For the longer list of questions to bring to a pharmacist, see the pharmacist question page.
Medicines03
Which medicines and conditions call for a doctor first?
Any prescription medicine does. Keep taking it exactly as prescribed, and ask your doctor or pharmacist before you start MemoPryl.
The reason is two of the six ingredient names linked to MemoPryl. They come from a sibling pack, so confirm them on your own bottle. St. John's wort can weaken many medicines and can contribute to serotonin syndrome (NCCIH, St. John's Wort safety) (MedlinePlus, Serotonin syndrome). Ginkgo may raise bleeding risk (NCCIH, Ginkgo).
| Your situation | Why it matters |
|---|---|
| You take an antidepressant | Possible serotonin syndrome; weaker or stronger effects |
| You use birth control pills | St. John's wort can lower their effect |
| You take a blood thinner or aspirin | Ginkgo may raise bleeding risk |
| You have surgery or a dental procedure planned | Clinicians may ask you to stop supplements 2-3 weeks before (MSK, Ginkgo) |
| You are pregnant, nursing or under 18 | Not for these groups without a physician's advice |
The table is a prompt, not a full list. Other medicines can interact too, including some for HIV, seizures, transplants and the heart. A pharmacist can check your whole list in a few minutes, and the check is usually free.
Next step: bring the bottle, or a photo of it, to the counter. Ask what each ingredient does with each of your medicines.
Seller notice04
Who runs the site, and does it earn money from my order?
The site is run by the Official stocking desk for MemoPryl. It is a seller, not the manufacturer, and it earns money from order links.
That is a conflict of interest, and we name it. We therefore keep cautions ahead of the order button, print no unverified review or rating, and mark every price as unconfirmed. The rules are on the editorial policy page.
We also do not run the factory, hold the stock for the manufacturer or speak for it. If the bottle names a distributor, that company, not this site, answers for what is inside. No image we hold names one.
Brand badges, such as "Doctor formulated" or "GMP certified", are described, not endorsed. None names a certifier or a doctor, and none is proof.
What is unconfirmed05
Which facts about MemoPryl are not confirmed?
Quite a few. We print them as unconfirmed so that you do not rely on a guess.
- The Supplement Facts panel, serving size, capsules a day and amounts of each ingredient.
- The six ingredient names, which come from a sibling pack and may differ on your bottle.
- Prices, shipping, discounts and the checkout link.
- Directions, warnings, storage and expiry text from the bottle.
- The manufacturer, the distributor and the factory.
- Lab reports. The lot and CoA numbers are seller references, not lab proof.
- Customer reviews. None is verified.
The bottle you receive is the source of truth. If it differs from a page here, follow the bottle and tell us.
If something goes wrong06
What should I do if I feel unwell after taking it?
Stop taking it and call your doctor. For an emergency, call 911.
Keep the bottle, the lot and the expiry. Report the problem to FDA (FDA, Report a Supplement Problem), and tell the order desk at +1 (302) 200-3480 so the order is marked.
Website questions go to [email protected], Mon-Fri 9:00am-5:00pm ET. The inbox cannot see orders.
FAQ07
Questions about the MemoPryl disclaimer
What does the asterisk on the MemoPryl label mean?
It points to the FDA statement: the claim has not been evaluated by FDA, and the product is not meant to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. It marks a structure or function claim, which is allowed with that statement.
Has the FDA reviewed MemoPryl?
No. FDA does not approve dietary supplements before sale. A badge on the bottle set says FDA registered, which refers to a facility listing, not a review of the product or its claims.
Can a supplement like MemoPryl replace my medicine?
No. Keep taking prescribed medicine exactly as directed, and ask your doctor or pharmacist before you start any supplement. A capsule is not a substitute for treatment, and it is not a treatment for memory loss.
Is the information on memopryl.one reviewed by a doctor?
Not yet. The medical reviewer slot is open, and no name is confirmed. Until one is, no page is described as doctor reviewed. Use the pages as a reading aid and ask your own clinician.
Why does the site not list the MemoPryl dose?
Because no image we hold prints directions or a dose, and a guess could hurt you. Follow the directions on the bottle you receive. If the bottle is unclear, call a pharmacist before the first capsule.
Does the site earn money if I buy MemoPryl?
Yes, from order links. The site is a seller, not the manufacturer. We state it openly and keep medicine cautions ahead of the order button so that the sales motive does not hide the risks.
What should I do after a bad reaction to MemoPryl?
Stop taking it and call your doctor. In an emergency, call 911. Keep the bottle and lot number, then report the problem to FDA and to the order desk.
