Order Confirmation: What to Save in Case You Need a Return
Your order confirmation is the email or page that proves what you ordered, when and for how much. Save it the day you buy, along with the order ID, a checkout screenshot and the tracking number. For a MemoPryl return, the desk asks for your order ID, name and email.

Why does an order confirmation matter for a return?
It is the proof that links you to the order. Without it, a refund request starts with an argument about who you are.
A listed money-back window runs from a date. The confirmation gives that date, the pack you picked and the total you paid. Those three facts settle most disputes before they begin.
Does the email arrive within a few minutes of paying? If not, look in spam, then call the order desk the same day.

The order desk lists a 60-day money-back window, which you should confirm at checkout. The buyer pays return shipping. The refund follows 3-5 business days after the return is credited, then 5-10 days on the card.

How long should I keep my records?
At least until your refund window closes and any refund has cleared. Longer is safer.
If you see a side effect, keep the bottle and records too. Stop using the product, tell your doctor and consider reporting it to FDA (FDA, Report a Supplement Problem). Keep taking prescribed medicine, and ask your doctor or pharmacist before you start any supplement.

What if I never got an order confirmation email?
Check spam and promotions folders first, then your card statement for the charge. If nothing shows, call the order desk with the card's last four digits and the date. Ask them to resend the confirmation and give you the order ID.
Can I return MemoPryl without the original box?
We cannot confirm, because no packaging rule is published. Ask the order desk before you send anything. Keep the bottle, any outer box and the shipping label, and ask for the answer by email so you have it in writing.
Is a screenshot of my cart enough proof of purchase?
No. A cart shows intent, not payment. Save the confirmation email, order ID and card statement line as well. Together they show what you ordered, what you paid and when, which is what the desk checks.
