The MemoPryl Supplement Facts Panel We Wish We Had
The MemoPryl supplement facts panel is not printed on any image we have, so serving size, amounts and other ingredients are unknown. A complete panel lists seven things, covered below. Check your own bottle for each before you take a capsule.

Why is the MemoPryl supplement facts panel missing?
It is missing from the images, not necessarily from the bottle. Both photos show the front label only.
The bottle that reaches you should carry a panel on the back or side. We cannot confirm it, so we do not describe one.
Two photos also disagree. Label A reads Cognitive Support Formula with 30 capsules. Label B reads Advanced Formula with 60 capsules and "By NutraVibe".
Check: which front label does your bottle show?

What lines should a complete panel show?
Seven lines tell you most of what you need: serving size, servings per container, amount per serving, each ingredient, other ingredients, directions and warnings.
The table marks what we can and cannot report for MemoPryl. The right column is a blank for you to fill from your own bottle.
| Line | Why it matters | On images we hold | Your bottle |
|---|---|---|---|
| Serving size | Sets the daily count | Not printed | |
| Servings per container | Sets days of supply | Not printed | |
| Amount per ingredient | Compare with studies | Not printed | |
| Ingredient names | Spot interactions | Six on a sibling pack | |
| Other ingredients | Allergens, fillers | Not printed | |
| Directions | How to take it | Not printed | |
| Warnings | Who should ask first | Not printed |
Where on the label should I look first?
Start with the front claims, then turn the bottle for the panel. Tap a spot to read the line it marks.
Tap a number to read that part of the label.
- Heading
'COGNITIVE SUPPORT FORMULA*'. The asterisk points to the FDA statement, which is not shown in this image.
- Name
MemoPryl with a TM mark, inside a gold-edged panel. No maker line is printed on this version.
- Network art
A faint drawing of nodes and links. It is decoration, not an ingredient list.
- Claims
'Supports Focus*', 'Optimized Memory*' and 'Improves Mental Clarity*', each with the FDA asterisk.
- Product type
'DIETARY SUPPLEMENT'. It is not a drug.
- Count
'30 Capsules'. The other bottle image says 60.

See packsWhy do missing amounts matter so much?
Without amounts, no study can be matched to the capsule. Studies tested set doses, and a name alone says nothing about dose.
The ginkgo trial of over 3,000 older adults used 120 mg of extract twice a day, and found no drop in dementia rates against placebo (DeKosky 2008, GEM trial, JAMA). If a label lists ginkgo with no amount, you cannot say whether it is close to that.
FDA also warns that some products hold ingredients missing from the label (FDA, Hidden Ingredients). A full panel is the first line of defense.
Keep taking your prescribed medicine. Take the panel to your doctor or pharmacist before the first capsule.

What if my bottle has no panel at all?
Hold off on the capsules. A supplement without a panel is missing the basic facts.
Contact the order desk on +1 (302) 200-3480 or [email protected] with your order ID, and ask for the panel in writing. The full steps are on the supplement facts page.
If the desk cannot supply one, ask about a return within the 60-day window listed there.
FAQ01
MemoPryl questions people ask
Does the MemoPryl label list milligrams?
Not on any image we hold. Both photos show the front only. Your bottle should list amounts on its panel; if it does not, ask the order desk for them in writing before you take a capsule.
Where is the supplement facts panel on a supplement bottle?
Usually on the back or side, in a boxed table headed Supplement Facts. The front shows brand and claims. Turn the bottle and read serving size first, then each ingredient and amount.
What are other ingredients on a supplement label?
They are the non-active parts, such as the capsule shell, fillers and flow agents. Read them if you have allergies or avoid animal products, since the front label rarely says.
