Auto-Ship Terms: A Checklist Before You Enter a Card
Auto ship terms are the rules that tell a seller to send and charge you again on a schedule. Before you enter a card, find out whether repeat orders are on by default, how often they ship, how to stop them and who to call. For MemoPryl, no repeat-order plan is confirmed.

What are auto ship terms, in plain words?
Auto ship terms are the small-print rules for repeat orders. They say what ships, how often, what it costs and how you stop it.
A one-time purchase ends at the checkout. A repeat plan does not. The seller keeps your card details and sends another bottle on its own schedule, charging you each time.
Check: the words to hunt for are "subscription", "auto-ship", "recurring", "continuity" and "membership". Any of them near a tick box or a button means a plan may start with this order.
For MemoPryl, we hold no repeat-order plan, no schedule and no cancel rule. The packs we know of are 2, 3 and 6 bottles. If a plan appears at checkout, treat it as new information and read it fully.
Which seven lines should I read before I pay?
Read the plan name, the default setting, the schedule, the price per shipment, the cancel route, the notice period and the refund rule. If any line is missing, ask before paying.
Most trouble starts with a pre-ticked box. A plan you never chose is the hardest one to stop, because you may not know it exists until a second bottle arrives.

How do I stop repeat shipments if I did sign up?
Contact the seller first, in writing, and ask for a written cancellation. Do it before the next ship date, not after.
Give your order ID, full name and email. Ask the desk to confirm in writing that no further shipments or charges are scheduled. Keep that reply with your order records.

If a charge still lands after you cancelled, your card issuer is the next stop. That route has its own steps and its own limits, and a bank can only act on what you can show it.

How do I know if repeat shipments would pile up?
Divide the capsules in a bottle by the capsules you take each day. That tells you how long one bottle lasts and when the next would be due.
Directions are not printed on any image we hold, so we suggest no daily amount. Use the number on the bottle that reaches you. If shipments would come faster than you finish them, a plan is a poor fit. Keep taking prescribed medicine, and ask before you start, because ginkgo and St. John's wort, named on a sibling pack, can clash with common medicines (NCCIH, St. John's Wort safety) (FDA, Mixing Meds and Supplements).

Is auto-ship the same as a subscription?
